1. Make sure you have a block or something to keep the pistons from fully collapsing. Otherwise air won't move.
2. Spin the rear wheel and tap your rear brake, if it locks up fast then you have air in the system most likely from the PCV bleed valve near the fuel tank. If it behaves like a typical rear brake then you're good, while riding. Your front end should dive when using the rear brake if not then you have air in the line that goes from the rear brake to the front pair of center pistons.
3. My money is on the stator + rectifier do both anyway even if one component looks decent. if your bike somehow fires up then your ecu is fine. If it behaves wildly inconsistent then the ecu got cooked.

In other news, I swapped my previous high pipe exhaust which was a black widow pipe with a delkevtec.
BW: better mounting hardware and hanger mount
Delkevtec: better steel for the high pipe, better exhaust clamp, sound is excellent.
Of the two I'd suggest the blackwidow high pipe only if you have their exhaust manifolds and can. For delkevtec, it's all around better except the mount is trash.
