I do calf raises (on a platform for the extra range of motion) for 3x16 with the same weight I use for squats. While I've definitely build some mass on my once skinny calves there's definitely room for improvement. Clancy Ross incorporated 1 set of 100 reps of calf raises on his program (though with lower weight) and he has some impressive calf development despite having high set muscles. Do you lads think I should give the 100 reps thing a go?
