Are there examples cross-culturally or historically where pedophilia was actually viewed as morally acceptable (not just ignored or tolerated), or is it universally abhorred? For example, was Mohammed marrying a nine year old viewed as acceptable during his time, or was it just tolerated because he was a warlord who would have beheaded you had you objected to it?
