the purpose of the arousal ritual is to sensitize the practitioner to more subtle influences. this is done by mainly targeting cortical arousal and interoception. i also developed an extended ritual in order to further strengthen the effects. the more basic ritual is shorter and so is more convenient to use more often

for the greater arousal ritual there are 2 sets of mantra which are constructed in different ways. the first are the ones that correspond to the directions north, west, south, east.
east: visa = sa + visa
south: khuvira = khu + vira
west: tavika = tan + vika
north: ipoh = i + poh
the first components corresponds to seed syllables from chumbley’s system and are in the correspondence they take in the hallowing the kingdom of qayin azhaka rite. the second components are mutations of words.
visa = wissen (knowledge)
vira = virtuality
vika = wirklichkeit (actuality)
poh = apeiron (~chaos)
