I set the scale in AMD Adrenaline to 20 (20 mb/s) at 1080p 60fps so thats apprently 150mb for 60 seconds according to AMD. And use WebMconcerter or Webm for lazies in particular. It looks good because it's a short clip. for longer clips, reducing the size (in Webm converter) helps.
