yep, it is, I assume it happens because I have more weight than before and I do more strength, right now, I can only do a series of 35 push-ups in a row (a little more if I make an effort), before, I could do about 70 or a little more, but it was lighter.
also did bench sit-ups at 45 degrees, and only now I can do them well again, because I was pulling my legs(and hurt), being something heavier, so I'm doing exercises, to recover more mobility, but I still need more cardio.
