Like 3lb yellow potatoes boiled and peeled.
About 6 hardboiled eggs diced in the egg dicey thing. [Slice one way, then the other] Remember to shock them in ice water so they don't overcook.
1 cup mayo
1/2 cup yellow mustard
A small vidalia onion grated
4 teaspoons dried dill [if you are eating later and preparing ahead](otherwise a whole bunch of the fresh stuff)
2 table spoons of vinegar (if you want to be adventurous, try white wine vinegar or rice vinegar)
2 teaspoons salt
Cracked pepper to taste
