The green thing is what I named a Stalk, looks like a bunch of straws clamped together. Gives you a small boost to radiation protection while negatively affecting electric protection.
The other thing is a Karlik's ear. I wanted to make the Karlik unique somehow, so I remade its mutant part. It's not actually a mutant part, in the game files it's an artifact that's just set up to look like a mutant part. So now the Karlik's ear is wearable and gives a small bulletproof boost as a form of good luck charm.
