I really liked them, not just because they humanised the Imperials a bit, but because of the tragedy of Tank and Luke being on opposite sides of the war and then the Rebellion comics that followed, where Tank grapples with this and then ends up being the one who tells Vader that it was Luke that destroyed the Death Star. And then Luke goes AWOL to try and rescue him, only for it to turn out that Tank has gone full Imperial (or has been brainwashed) and it's a set up.
Also, because it's fun to point out to people complaining about the attempted rape scene in Andor, that just shy of 20 years ago Tank stopped another officer from raping a female prisoner.
