Iseghama has really fallen off since Teru became on oyakata there.
They used to have a yokozuna on the banzuke and now they don't even have anyone who can hack it at joi level.
I haven't looked up the latest heya power rankings, but it seems like good odds that Iseghama isn't even top ranked anymore, Hidenoumi's promotion on the next banzuke should put Kise above them
