Weird discrepancy between Pauline's render and in-game model.
The top holes for her arms and head are clearly cut out of the fabric on her render, looking just like the torn edges on the bottom of the dress. This gives the impression of a much larger dress that was modified to fit a child.
But the in-game model, while the overall damage is more subdued, those top holes look don't look makeshift at all. They look properly and purposefully sewn in, and don't resemble the bottom tears at all. It's especially noticeable in cutscenes. This gives the impression of it always having been a child-sized dress that was torn off on the bottom for ease of movement.
Adding to the confusion are the oversized pants, paired with the perfectly form fitting black undershirt.
