replace the cable, have no 3.0 so use 2.0 instead

try changing the cable to another 2.0 one that's used for other device and works fine

googling the possible solutions
>cable, drivers, power supply, device
cable checked... drivers reinstalled thrice... device works...
try changing the external HDD's power supply
>no change
try changing the power socket of the device
>no change
try changing laptop's power supply and the cable
>no change
open laptop, look for a cause inside
>found faulty/burned element
clean the pins and replace the element
>no change, still disconnecting
buying some random cables...
>might as well buy a new cable for this hdd, if I ever fix the issue...
replaced the cable, connecting external hdd
>problem solved
reconnect with the previous cable
>problem was the cable all along
BUT THE VERY "FAULTY" SAME CABLE WAS DOING FINE ON THE OTHER LAPTOP
GAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAHHH!
I was fighting this battle for a over year... and there's still possibility that my laptop has some other issues due to the burned element found during this whole process...
