is the noctua NH-U12A a good choice or are there other coolers I should look at? I want to cool a 5700X3D without any worries and as little noise as possible, I'm using an NZXT H510 case and 42mm tall ram (ripjaws V). There's no real budget, I'm just not interested in water cooling (not like it would fit)
