They both have the lightning attack. We've only seen the finisher for the White Lunedrache so far.
But yeah the White one is supposed to be the flagship, and the red one is made from spare parts.
I can find my screenshot, but during a presentation when they were going over how to give supporters EXP, one of the supporters had the condition "show me a cool Ninja combo attack!".
So I'm assuming we get both units in the same playthrough.
Maybe they both get destroyed and they have to be rebuilt using each others parts into a new unit, and you get to choose the upgrade. Kind of like a RyuKoOh and KoRyuOh sort of deal.
