We must consider the alternative possibilities. Call of Chernobyl (Chornobyl for the modern-day S.T.A.L.K.E.R.S.) only really had a few big versions. 1.4.2.2 was the biggest one everyone knew since Alundaio didn't update Call of C.H.O.R.N.O.B.Y.L. for ages, so a bunch of mods and addons were made for it. And then, suddenly, Alundaio updated Call of Chernobyl to 1.5, thus rendering a lot of addons and mods useless. A few did come back and update themselves, but by the time 1.5. Came out, Misery, Call of Misery, Anomaly, etc, were making their debut, and Call of CHORNOBYL was Lost to the Zone.
However, just recently Alundaio released 1.6. In the Call of Chernobyl discord, if you're interested. Anyway, since you want to talk about game engines, there's a quite a handful of X-Ray engine variations!
One big question remains, my fellow compatriot S.T.A.L.K.E.R.: In Arms:

If we are considering OLR (Oblivion Lost Remake) Remake (why are you saying Oblivion Lost Remake2?) the Eastern Zone, how is there an eastern zone? If OLR Remake is Eastern, what is considered West? Another Modpack? What about the story mods that come in with actual new maps, like S.T.A.L.K.E.R.: The Journey, where the player has to find Yulian?
Surely those new maps could be incorporated in some fashion, just like the Meadow!

But, my fellow friend and comrade - in arms -
what if we deigned to consider the possibility that in fact... none of it was east and west, and that it was all merely considered T.H.E. Z.O.N.E.?
Here's a little stumper for those of you! If OLR Remake is Eastern, does this mean to infer that buildo (henceforth referred to as "build") maps are a cardinal Direction?
What if we bring NPCs into this? Is there a lore or story perspective we can spin, or are we just Driving to our Intended DESTINATIONs together?
