If you're reading this thread for laughs or screencaps, maybe take a step back. Some of the people who posted here genuinely believed in what they were doing. They're not trying to start drama — they're just autistic, hopeful, or deeply invested in a dream that didn’t pan out the way they wanted.

Yes, it spiraled. Again.
But mocking them won’t fix that. It won’t make you feel better. And it sure as hell won’t fix what AI art discourse has become: a cold war between burned-out creatives and people trying to find meaning through machines.

This thread didn’t fail because of AI.
It failed because we can’t stop turning every discussion into a battleground.

As the OP of many past threads, I’m honestly heartbroken. I thought maybe we could have one that stayed on-topic, stayed kind. But no, same cycle. Same derails. Same paranoia. Same names.

So please no screencaps. No drama exports. Let it die quietly. Let it stay here.
We don’t need another lolcow.

Keep it in /trash/ where it’s safer, slower, and maybe — just maybe comfy.
