What's the meat you're using? And I won't do a stir fry until I get a proper gas stove with a wok and wok burner. After I get my char siu to be great I will then begin teaching myself siu yuk, crispy pork belly. I could probably download music onto my ohone, but I can find all the music I want to listen to on youtube, plus I get to go down musical rabbit holes and discover new and strange musicians.
