Gna join Shppy on exercise grind soon nd step up my wee walks i fink Am ngl Gonna lie...Am NOT gna lie about it.......ever since i started fluoxteine I HAVE pit on weight this year.Ave been in denial too.Its just that my weight has been static most my life well it has fluctuated but not too dramatic apart from when i had speed addiction it went down a lot nd when i got my george foreman grill in 2013 it went up a bit.But generally my healthy adult weight is between 8-9st, the biggest ave been in life jst under 11st, am not that big now but it will happen if i dont take action. It doesnt sound like a lot on paper but bc am a manlet as well it does not take much of a weight jump to start chubbing out. Funny when my mam was on a weight loss kick before which good for her,i was proud of her. But we talked about it one day then n she said she was 11st nd had to lose that cus its too much. I said at the time i think am about 10 (i added 1 so i didnt hurt her) nd shes like that Ohh ill need to lose a few stone asap youre so much bigger than me as well, being a moid n all that n i mind sitting there like.....No am not??? "You will be cus ur a moid ur body is bigger than mine" nd am sitting there like...........Mam i know we havent seen him in a while. But my dad you had me with is a manlet. Me n you are the same height. Well shes probly a few inches shorter than me. But theres not much in it. I jst found that funny. Like she wears mummy "They Live" glasses that you put on nd see your son as a 6ft chad instead of a scrawny manlet lmao. But aye anyway for me 10st is the canary in the coal mine cut-off,,not sure rn this second not checking scales but ill try to walk further this month.Its no my diet,i dont rly understand,I dont have a big appetite,I dnt know how fluoxetine does this xactly but its since started it again in January this yr.Tbf am sedentary yea like my mammy was saying so i wont be burning many calories.
