I have no fucking idea what the fuck is the plot of part 2.

I remember part 1 and what it was about and character arcs.
But part 2 is just random things happening. Like what is the plot?
Just randomly saw Denji feeling bad about people or something? What is this forced ooc Denji? Is author trying to force him to be generic good guy?
