there is this russian namefag on /g/ who always comes out of nowhere with a burst of nonsensical posts about jews and cock. always posting child models (and outright cp a few times) and kpop stuff, too. he gets banned a lot.

assuming he's just ban evading using specifically russian proxies or whatever, couldn't the developer make it so that it sees a user with the name applied + if their IP is russian to automatically perma ban them? all the filenames for the images he posts also follow a very specific and repetitive format. could i be missing anything that would cause false positives?
