You can if you edit the files (make your own mod). It's in DB > Factions Tables
Pic' is an example of what I changed Zhatan to look like via the pack editor (I don't use it anymore, but it's enjoyable to learn and experiment). It can be a bit of a chore going in and out of the game to just test the colour changes. Something integrated would be much nicer perhaps.
