Put 50lbs of gear in your pack and actually go hike 30 miles in the woods like a real man. Hang dumbells off the back of your pack and drink the tears of ultralight nerds.

When I was a fat fuck I did about 65 miles a week with a heavy pack and lost about 100lbs of fat over the course of a year. Had to start out doing like 20 miles a week but worked my way up quickly once my legs got conditioned.

Now that I lost the weight I just do a 50 - 70 mile 2 day hike about once a month over a weekend. Keeps the weight off without effecting gains too much.

Do it in low/zero drop shoes for disgustingly large calves.
