The biggest evidence to this is really the incident early on where Wise had to save Belle, but I still think the siblings share the MC role even if Wise is given a slight edge.

Both of them still travel together and are equally capable of piloting Eous and sitting in the second chair. I like to think they swap who helps which faction.
