Icono gets to recruit the hottest character in the game while dogma has to kill or exile her so even though I like dogma more in general I have to at least give icono that.
She quad wields plasma pistols, and has a unique talent letting her use them.

That's unfortunate, since I've done that in two playthroughs and it hasn't popped. So it's either bugged, or there's something else to it.
I've read all kinds of things on the internet, from people saying that you can't loot the houses of the poor, some saying the interactions with the flute player matter some saying they don't, some people saying you have to give beggars the tickets but you can't do it the first time they ask, and all kinds of things. It's one of the most controversial/obfuscated achievements.
I'm planning a third playthrough so I'll have another shot, but most of what I've read on the internet tells me I should have gotten it.
