I do, but the entirety of Overseer's kit with the skulls feels wasted. They're set up to be a tank/aggro minion, but that's entirely unnecessary in normal play. I spent every Overseer talent on common talents turning my Commissar into a pseudo skill monkey because the skulls don't actually do anything other than spread a Voice of Command that's a little weaker than normal because it scales on the skull's characteristics.

You can pump the skull stats to be higher than your own. And more importantly, they buffed it to work with the "when YOU target" skills with the latest patch. It's basically a force multiplier on a class that is already a force multiplier.

Now I remember that they made Chimera Squad and that capeshit game too. They are more story focused with premade characters, but I never played them.
nuXcom is quite cinematic in general with higher production values for games like this. Especially sequel. Rogue Trader feels more jank and has stiffer animations and cutscenes, especially compared to xcom 2 desu. If it didn't filter you, then you should enjoy nuXcom too.
Personally this two-move only system annoys me too much to really enjoy those games, but I still beat both Enemy Unknown and Xcom 2 like 2 times each of them. They are ok. It's still the weirdest design choice I saw in Tactics game like this, especially since their even more casual Civ games don't suffer from it, so I don't know what their problem even is.

You can get Morrigan in bed as early as Lothering, and without all those DLC gifts. Leliana takes a bit longer.

I'm pretty close to my goal of getting all the achievements. Most of the ones I have left are just certain story choices, like be heretical, but a couple have eluded me. I'm pretty sure I scanned all available planets, and the internet has a lot of conflicting information on how to get the "at home amongst the poor" achievement. I'm pretty sure I've talked my way through several fights too. The grimdark one took two playthroughs of grimdark mode to finally pop, so there is some amount of inconsistency with these, and I'm afraid some others might be affected.

I also still have not gotten the one for doing a romance lol.
I also didn't know that subduing the pit required the player to be a psyker. I brought Idira and Jimmy along in my playthroughs and passed all the checks and always wondered why that one didn't pop. So I'll be a psyker in my next playthrough.

Wouldn't work for Rogue Trader, but it is one of possible backgrounds for Dark Heresy ttrpg. Sororitas often work with the Inquisition. Never heard of one becoming an inquisitor in her own right, but it's possible I suppose

Completed the dlc. Tdlr its 6/10 short and badly written and most of the story clearly got cut. 80% of my playthroughs extra content since act 1 has been void shadows and i still got a decent amount of it left in act 4 (void shadows boss fight then kibbles personal missions and her boss fight) after completing lex. Solomorn also had no personal arc the astropath in void had more of an personal arc with a personal boss fight ending it than the cop. Again most likely cut content that happened off screen. You basically have to choose if you want to be a martial, a caster, or a combination of those two. With martials you have melee and ranged combat, some classes also come with pets which are pretty strong. For melee characters you absolutely want the Outflank and Improved Critical feats, ideally with a high crit range weapon like a rapier, scimitar, falchion, kukri, estoc or fauchard. Basically just choose if you want to be a martial or a caster, then choose whether melee or ranged if martial or whether to be arcane or divine if playing a caster.

If you already know something about mythic paths there are some strong synergies between your classes and your chosen mythic path. For example Clerics and Oracles make excellent Angels. Wizards and Sorcerers make excellent Liches. These are strong synergies to keep in mind, but by no means are you required to stick to them if you're playing at a reasonable difficulty.

Well, theoretically wizards can pump out more spell per round than sorcs: use one metamagic's spell (say, enhanced, or maximized), then use another quickened spell as a move actoin.
