Please, anons. As sad as it sounds, my Midwestern palette has only had Kerrygold, Grassland, Land-o-Lakes, and Kirkland butters. Kerrygold was my "treat" butter that I would only use for spreading on baguette/toast. 99.99% of the time I use butter as an ingredient.
I read through most of the article an anon posted regarding the lawsuit. The jargon/newspeak leads me to believe Kerrygold knew of the PFAS and didn't give a shit in the same manner insurance companies don't allow vehicle recalls to become public: Cost benefit analysis of the price of lawsuits from death/injury being less than the profit of continuing the sale of known death machines/butter.
