Here is a post from a backer under the recent Damned Update. They named it "That's a wrap for US production!" only to then announce that they have to fix one of the moulds, and only then the production of the heavy infantry can be done.

This is what is really wrong with WGA. Sure, people value things differently. You mention their ugly goblins. That sucks, and i agree that those sets are very weak, but i dont see this as a flaw with the company. (I think they tried if they can make it work to have infantry and cavalry as the same sprue.. it was one of their earlier sets after all). I wont buy their Goblins, but that solves it for me, especially since there are several other options for Goblins on the market.
But what is described in pic related is far bigger problems, beyond critique about weak sculpts.
