You can find it for just about anything, as long as someone was interested enough to rip (and upload) it. Not sure what you have in mind, but as an example, looking up something like 'cuphead background rip' brings up a ledditor who ripped the game assets and shared it. It's not always a guarantee you'll find backgrounds, since most people are interested in characters, but you should be able to find enough to give you some ideas on how you want to tackle your project
