SNC had some awful, awful shit like the pseud-landcyclers, and it doesn't even come close to fitting with MTG's overall aesthetic. But, overall it was a very comfy plane with some cool designs. Shield Counters had some cool gameplay implications, which were unfortunately not well explored.
It likely would have been better if WotC had enough balls to not randomly delete the police faction because muh american politics. The plane suffered because WotC is staffed by cowards. It was underpowered too, which hurt it a ton.

But it's still cool. I don't mind it.
