Woah I'm not the other guy. I'm not saying HSS or Rapiers are fast by any means - I'm saying they're not static.
I think most marines could use HSS and "light artillery" (Whirlwinds, Rapiers) on their assaults better than they could heavy artillery, because those could more easily reposition and somewhat keep with their lightning fast assaults.
