After COVID I think it's pretty clear that it's actually quite simple to push a propaganda narrative for the benefit of people in power and silence and dissenters. Push the message long enough and it becomes fact regardless of how utterly ridiculous it is.
Frankly almost everything we have about the Holocaust comes from either
1. Jews who use it in the same way as a twisted creation myth to completely demonize non-Jews and justify countless atrocities committed by Israel, or
2. the Soviets who were leading the world as pioneers in altering history. Literally constructing fake buildings then rounding up eyewitnesses who described in detail the atrocities the Germans committed in them.
We did the exact same rounding up and internment routine to the Japanese, but we didn't lose the war.
