1) I actually don't think they work better than Chenrich, maybe short term they get a long better, but as time went on it's clear that they were of two different mindsets and were not able to overcome that.
2) I don't see how Izzie is more likable than Steph or Alex. She has her own troubles which makes her sort of unlikable. When she gets in her moods and seems to be condescending when talking to Steph. And also a perfectionist which culminates into her being overly critical of herself and others.
3) I don't think Steph was any more unreasonable than Izzie. If anything the whole tour they went on, which ended up breaking them up was because they were dangerously close to breaking up anyway, due to losing battle of the bands which set Izzie on a downward spiral mood that Steph feelt obligated to come up with something to avoid a breakup.
