If peple don't understand, they are preferred stock, meaning in case of liquidation they get paid out first. If the company becomes insolvent, can't pay dividends, collapses, they have to sell the BTC and pay out these preferred stock holders.
It's just never going to happen, the yield and capital return is mathematically guaranteed.
How are people not all over these? It's literally free money. That's why the STRC IPO has upsized 5x from the offering when offered to institutions.
