>enter the Thuggyverse
>head to concord
>little girl says her friend was in the department store down the street
>Know it's an obvious trap, go in it anyways
>explore a bit, decently stocked with good junk
>some stupid lore bits in terminals claiming it was where all the families that dwell in the early game settlements originally came from
>walk upstairs, get knocked unconscious
>"oh no! I've been Enslaved and all of my stuff has been stolen! what will I do?"
>go through an insanely basic dungeon but with naked bomb collared slaves clamped on the walls and on other ZAZ props
>after getting my shit back and leaving the dungeon the Slavers who trapped me ask me to meet them upstairs
>go up to their pad (the layout of the building is confusing as hell)
>they admit they are Slave traders but it's cool "Bcuz they only enslave raiders n shieet"
>the leader is a Ghoul who was originally from Detroit and worked in a Ford factory before the war
>He also claims to be ex-minuteman from Quincy before the massacre which based on first hand lore only happened a few days ago at most considering how this is meant to be a starting faction quest
>the little girl is their as well, complaining about Preston Garvey even though, again, at this point, he is the only living member of the minutemen left in the entire commonwealth when Nate awakens
>before long the gunners attack and are beaten back by the Stripper Slavers
>after that the Ghoul goes on a 10 minute long speech about the gunners being the bad guys and we, LITERAL SLAVERS, shall form a resistance to them in order to "protect" the commonwealth
I knew this shit was cringe as hell but holy shit this is even worse than everything they claim Bethesda is. at least it isn't as crash prone as Tales of the Commonwealth jfc
