If your suspension and chassis is good enough, high speeds will feel like nothing. If you give linear power delivery, it will not be exiting, so good bikes will feel slow and will not be exiting, either the bikes need to be made shitty with injected shit feels or the person using the bike has to take it to exciting places. I'd rather do the later.
