Not him, but that's definitely not the case. One girl was treated with a care and delicacy rarely seen on Ichigo, while he handled Rukia like a sack of potatoes (i.e. like just another one of the dudes). That alone says a lot about how he sees each girl, but also about the tone each scene was supposed to have despite both involving a gag.
