I have absolutely no idea what wellness lifting is btw. Is it just lifting a bit for the health benefits where I assume you don't even go to failure?
Talking about lifting, I'll probably lower squat volume from 6 sets fo 3 and increase sets on leg curls from 3 to 6 as I'm stuck at 85x3 and 82,5x5 and made no progress for at least 4-5 weeks now except adding a half rep at 85. I kinda want to grind out the number to 90 then even if I get stuck there for months I won't care that much about that. Then maybe I'll focus on grinding up my RDL to 110x10.
