WotC hasn't really given any tribal decks support outside humans and soldiers in years. The closest you'll find today are the generic monored lords in Foundation (plus OG Krenko for some reason) and the goofy goblins from Aetherdrift. They tried making dragon tribal viable with the return to Tarkir, but the cards are better utilized in the Omniscience combo. Any other lords or tribal cards that currently exist in standard are only meant to see play in commander. You're only options nowadays for old school Magic tribes seem to be pioneer and older.
