Many of them are--the boy incidentals especially--but many are also weird recolors that don't look as nice. This is definitely an issue carried over from Hamster & Gretel, which also had color design that I'm not too fond of. Now the new incidentals like that red-haired girl with the yellow shirt in the same screengrab look awful imo
