I heard a saying online that lonely men and lonely women are in the same scenario in print but have vastly different experiences in relation to their loneliness.

The person kinda used an analogy along the lines of "Both men and women can be caught thirsting for clean water, but men are in a desert and women are in a stagnant swamp."

What do you all think of this? Would you word this any differently? Let me know your opinions :)

hey guys! thank you for all of the responses on the (now archived) thread where i asked for responses to some questions regarding incel culture. i learned a lot and really appreciate all of the insightful responses given to me, thank you so much :)

if you are an incel and you would like to tell me about your experience as an incel, please let me know of anything you think would be worth noting. not gonna do a question set this time, just an open prompt.

i want to learn the humanity behind the stereotype i see online because i know you guys are more than that. tell me about yourself and how you came to be!

Incels, I want to know more about you. I am not bashing your way of life or disagreeing with it. I've seen a bunch of Tiktok watered-down descriptions of incels and they really just don't satisfy me. Tell me about yourself.

First off, what made you an incel? Was it a certain experience, or do you feel as if you were born into it? What, if anything, could make you stop being an incel (or is it a way of permanent living)? Do you believe that femcels are real and valid? How easy is it to find incel communities outside of online forums? What age did you learn about incels? What age did you become an incel?
Anything else that may prove helpful to learning more about incels?

Thanks a lot for answering the questions if you did. I feel like incels are very dehumanized, but it's really just another way of life that I have yet to be educated about!
