Can't really tell you much other than rushing the quest areas and duking it out.

Yeah it's really cool, too bad the quest is pure ass. One wipe I got lucky and sniped it from Fence, I never did the quest and I really enjoyed running around wearing stolen valor for the rest of that wipe.
