I can already picture it working for NMM as the Mane 6 try venturing the vast undergrounds of the forbidden two sisters castle.

For an extreme masochist play of hers ? Cause that would be a fun outcome for a bored regenerative alicorn. Thousands of years of kinky experimentation, and now only the most extreme stuff can get her off.
