Considering the expression of anger he had upon seeing the board at the end of the episode, I imagine he's aware. The question is if that anger is directed towards Fanny/GB/TB, or One. Hell for all we know, Four could've been the person who sealed One in the moon originally, and is pissed off she escaped.
