I have no issue with preaching Islam to Jews or Hindus or anyone else as well. However it is much easier to invite Christians to Islam as we both accept Jesus Christ and the Gospel. That is why the Koran says that Christians are the closest in compassion among believers, and we consider Christians as believers.
