My height is turning me into a misanthrope. I’m not even that short (174 5 foot 8) but I live in Northern Europe (not brown) and I feel shorter than 90% of men and like 60% of women.

I feel like I’ve been disqualified at birth due to this one flaw and I’ve begun to see it women as disgustingly vain, entitled and cruel and men as retarded egotistical narcissists who will put each other down over these things just to look better in comparison. I always lived in the illusion that people would respect me based on my own efforts in life but It feels like that’s a complete lie considering how easily I’m dismissed by women in terms of love and men in terms of respect just because they’re a couple inches taller.

Does either gender have an actual defence against how they act on this or similar points or am I just right to hate and resent people?
