Alright, here’s a simple house-rule which could add this in OPR without breaking it:
>All units which are grouped, can be activated and moved together
>Multiple units which are not grouped, can be moved together if they move to form a group
>Shooting is still done in alternating activation
I don’t see much obvious exploits that could stem from that.
