I think you missed my point, I didn't say or believe that any of that could happen, and I know that OP also didn't, that's obvious. I meant to say that precisely because this example is so far from reality, we cannot base ourselves on it.

I think it's valid, but it needs to start from a better basis. For example, we draw a line at the age of consent because there are good reasons to think that someone too young shouldn't be in a relationship with an adult, but there is no reason given to explain why revenge is bad (for OP at least).
