Yes, of course. I know quite a bunch of people that fall into the above around 140 category, researchers, ETH professors, stuff like that. Usually experts in one or two fields, but still not really comparable to the 190 person. Speaks 9 languages fluently too. Actually knew a guy, no longer with us, that spoke 29. Only really linguistically gifted that one though.

Most I know in that range are active, perhaps even productive, but of course, I simply would never meet people that don't leave the basement.
