I always pray that if ever brought to court someone will win just by arguing that the terms they agreed to was of course not read because the company doesn't want you to read them. As is evident by the text's length, lack of summary, and advanced language. Plus usually displayed poorly (small text box, not even covering the whole screen, and/or displayed after you've already purchased the product).
Something seriously need to change, nobody takes any terms seriously.
