Man I wish I could help you in-depth, but I just don't respect ranged focus arbitrators.
Ditch razor jaw, it's complete doodoo. It only creates a tiny explosion of bleed, that does NOT affect the original target, so it barely does anything.
Get walk it off, it's the comfiest talent.
Get yourself a bolt pistol or boltgun, put the bleed blessing on it, swap to it before you dog explode and watch everything die.
When using the bolter, make sure you click heads. The crit while aimed blessing can help with this. If you're unsure how this works, install the "show crit rate" mod if you care to.
I'd start with something like this for a boltgun focused build, then see where to move on from there. I like going rather top-heavy, but I'm not 100% sure how important more damage nodes are on ranged builds, they might be. I'd definitely take target neutralized near the top, and potentially even the dog toughness regen while within 8m.
